Downloading your data
You can request a JSON copy of your 4rho account at any time. The export covers everything we hold on you that is meaningful for day-to-day use of the platform.
How to request
- Open Profile → Security → Privacy & Data.
- Click Request export.
- We prepare your bundle (1–2 minutes for most accounts) and show you a one-time download link.
The link is valid for 1 hour and can only be used once. If you need a fresh link after that, just request another export — note the rate limit of one export per 24 hours.
What's in the bundle
| Section | Contents |
|---|---|
profile | Display name, username, avatar URL, KYC status, age verification timestamp, public-profile preferences |
wallets | Every wallet you've linked, when it was linked, and which is primary |
orders | Every order you've ever placed (open, filled, cancelled) with prices, sides, and timestamps |
positions | Current and historical positions, including settled markets |
trades | Settlement records — fill price, counterparty market, fees |
support | Every support ticket you've opened, including admin replies (internal-only notes excluded) |
sign_ins | Last 90 days of sign-in attempts with IP truncated to /24 + coarse browser/OS |
audit | High-level events the platform has recorded against your account (settings changes, KYC submissions, etc.) |
What's not in the bundle
- On-chain records. Your trades and settlements are also written to Polygon, which is by definition public. We don't duplicate the on-chain history into the bundle — query the chain directly if you need it.
- Other users' data. If you've sent or received messages, only your side of the thread is included.
Why the rate limit?
Building the bundle scans every order, position, and message you've ever interacted with — heavy on the database. Limiting to 1 export per 24 hours keeps the platform fast for everyone. If you have a genuine need for a more frequent cadence (legal review, etc.), open a support ticket and we'll arrange it.
