If an adopted Colorado Attorney General rule implementing the Automated Decision-Making Technology Act (SB 26-189) that at minimum clarifies the Act's post-adverse-outcome disclosure requirements is enacted in Colorado before Feb 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes.
