If NHS England, the UK government, or another legally authorized contracting entity formally decides to end the NHS Federated Data Platform and Associated Services agreement as a whole with the Palantir-led supplier, either by exercising a break or termination right or by declining the next contractual extension after Issuance and before Apr 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes.
